Jenny represents an array of corporate clients, startups, entrepreneurs, and individuals in the tech, fashion, professional services, film, nonprofit, architecture, and financial services industries. She provides counsel on and prepares cases for all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories, and family based permanent resident applications. She also provides counsel on immigration compliance.
Jenny spent more than 7 years as an associate and senior associate at a major global immigration law firm before starting her own practice in 2014, representing international corporate clients in the manufacturing and engineering; marketing and communications; outsourcing; news; financial services; fashion; and health sciences industries.
Jenny is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Before becoming a lawyer, Jenny had a career in marketing and web content management for a human resources consulting company, and worked in the programming department of cable television channels.
